We offer shipping within the United States. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Shipping charges will be added to your order total, and you will be informed of the cost before completing the checkout process.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

For custom orders, you will be provided with a quote based on the specifics of your request. Once approved, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work. Custom artwork may take additional time to complete, and you will be notified of estimated completion dates.
